Kathleen Shemberger, FNP-BC moved in Arizona in 1970 and is a Sahuarita local having graduated from Sahuarita High School.  Kathleen started her career in the medical field in 1985 working as a medical assistant.  She has also worked as a nurse assistant, licensed practical nurse and a registered nurse.

Kathleen attended the University of Arizona, where she earned her first master’s degree in nursing. She is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a double masters in nursing.

All of Kathleen’s experiences in the medical field have greatly prepared her for her role as a primary care provider and she is excited to provide healthcare services to patients at United Community Health Center.  She appreciates all the work and roles that go into taking care of each and every patient.

Kathleen provides care to patients at UCHC at Sahuarita Heights.
