Yulianna Inzunza, DNP, FNP-C is an experienced nurse practitioner originally from Arizona committed to lifelong learning for her patients. In 2006 she attended the University of Arizona where she focused on Community Health Education. She went on to earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2008, and, in 2014, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. In 2020 she received a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Arizona State University.

Yulianna’s passion is driven by the ability to connect and deliver care to patients over the course of their lives with emphasis in health maintenance and disease prevention. Enjoys teaching and empowering each patient to have the tools necessary to better their health. Yulianna has a broad range of knowledge and skills to provide care for acute or chronic diseases, illnesses, or injuries that affect her patients. Yulianna takes care of patients of every age and enjoys treating entire families and generations of families.

Before joining United Community Health Center team, she worked for St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson, Arizona in various settings including cardiac and orthopedic care. Yulianna is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Southern Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse Association. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband and three boys, attending continuing education conferences and  cheering in her boys’ sport events.
