Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner:
Colleen Green, PMHNP-BC

Colleen Green, BS, BSN, MS, DNP, PMHNP-BC has experience in several occupations prior to becoming a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) including pharmaceutical research coordinator, sleep lab technician and manager. She has a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Psychology from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. After completing the undergraduate degree, she moved to Tucson Arizona and completed a Master’s of Science (MS) in Family Studies and Human Development, a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Arizona. She has worked as a nurse in a correctional facility and an inpatient residential center for treatment of mood disorders and substance abuse.

She enjoys partnering with patients across the lifespan to create a mutually agreeable treatment plan for optimal mental health. She has a special interest in providing mental health services for children, teenagers and the culturally Deaf community and is fluent in American Sign Language. One of her passions is environmental sustainability and to that end, she has driven a fully electric vehicle for the past 5 years.

Colleen is available to see patients at UCHC at Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Building and UCHC at Three Points.
