Yesenia Padilla, UCHC’s Clinical Operations Director, oversees medical assistants, records, patient referrals, and front desk operations across all sites, ensuring compliance with HRSA, state regulations, and best practices. A Tucson native and Licensed Practical Nurse, Yesenia began at UCHC in 2002, progressing from LPN to launching and leading multiple clinics. After managing rural health clinics elsewhere, she returned to UCHC in 2022 in her current role. With over two decades of experience, including clinic startups and leadership positions, Yesenia expertise in healthcare operations and her commitment to southern Arizona’s communities significantly contribute to UCHC’s mission of providing comprehensive healthcare services.
