Deborah was born and raised in  Arizona and has family roots deeply seeded in southern Arizona. She knew from a young age she wanted to serve in a profession that helped others and chose a career in nursing. It is with a sense of obligation to her community that she maintain her practice in the area in which she grew up in.

Now in the nursing profession for over 25 years has found her niche in primary care. Deborah very much believes in shared decision making where every voice is heard and care is based with the intent to obtain the best possible outcomes for the patient  in a compassionate and competent manner.  Deborah has a background in nursing management and the care of the older adult.

Deborah is married and has one son. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, creating art and reading.

Deborah provides care to patients at UCHC at Freeport.
