United Community Health Center (UCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing primary and preventive healthcare to the diverse populations of southern Arizona. We are committed to ensuring access to care for all, regardless of ability to pay. With eleven community health centers, UCHC serves over 14,000 patients, focusing on filling critical healthcare gaps for the working poor, uninsured, and medically underserved, including high-risk and vulnerable populations.
