UCHC’s new Chief Executive Officer, Jon Reardon, MBA, MSW, and LCSW brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare at United Community Health Center. Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University; a Master of Social Work in Policy Administration from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude; and an Executive MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, graduating summa cum laude. Jon has worked in federally qualified health centers for over ten years, starting as a Deputy Director of Behavioral Health at MHC Healthcare in Marana, Arizona in 2013. Over the next decade, he took on progressive leadership roles including Chief Behavioral Health Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In these positions, Jon advanced the organization’s strategy, technology, and clinical delivery model to increase access to care while driving improvements in both quality of care and health outcomes.
